A well developed and organised asset management planning strategy is very important to all asset owners and requires a comprehensive understanding of the design life cycle, depreciation costs and value of infrastructure assets.

STATS have been assisting Asset Managers with the inspection and management of infrastructure assets consisting of buildings, bridges, roads, runways, underground tanks, jetties and tunnels.

Besides using traditional access platforms, STATS also carry out inspection using qualified inspectors with rope access training or utilise unmanned aerial vehicle UAV (DRONES). STATS offer a spatial platform to integrate field inspection records with test results and data including information on repaired or strengthened areas and integrate these into a cloud-based sharing platform for asset managers.
