Aidan is the Principal Manager and co-owner of Specialist Testing And Technical Services, STATS. As well as being a certified Chartered Engineer, Aidan has more than 25 years of international project experience in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, India and China. Aidan has a long track record in undertaking Geotechnical, Structural and Materials Investigation, Pavement, Asset Management and Laboratory Testing work projects. He is instrumental in bridging the two offices in Australia and Singapore, and offers an exchange of technical skills, practices and knowledge across the two countries.

Previously, Aidan has established and managed an engineering company which was part of a Public Listed Company in Asia for several years, where he was responsible for the financial and technical delivery of the business, until the business was sold and bought over by an Australian Company. Aidan then migrated to Australia and was later appointed as the Chief Engineer of an international engineering company, providing both management and technical services to clients from State to Local Government, Civil and Mining Contractors as well as Consultants.

Tony Mansour is the Manager of the Materials and Pavement Division, as well as co-owner of Specialist Testing And Technical Services, STATS, with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He is a NATA assessor and inspector, been appointed to carry out laboratory certifications and renewal works, on behalf of NATA., and is very well versed with many Main Roads and Australian Standard test standards and procedures.

Tony provides hands-on engineering experience in Pavement Design, Investigation Work and Testing in relation to haul road, state and local road, including that of regional runways.

Lee has been involved in civil construction and testing since 1983. He has held NATA signatory approval for an extensive range of tests to Australian standards, and MRWA, QLD and RTA standards covering soils and rock testing. Lee has worked on a variety of projects during his time in the industry, from routine materials testing in the laboratory to field testing and remote site laboratory operations, for many Major Contractors, Mining Companies, including that of Oil & Gas Companies, acting as a Tester, Mentor and Manager.

Lee is involved in all laboratory testing, maintenance and execution of the laboratory operations and functions.

Elizabeth Lee was instrumental in setting up the chemical, biological and environmental laboratories in one of the public listed laboratories in Singapore. In her last 24 years, she was the ISO 17025 SAC SINGLAS approved signatory in the field of Chemical/Biological & Environment. She was involved in many environmental consultancy projects like Site Assessment Studies of Brownfield and Greenfield sites. She acts as an Advisor to many government bodies and private clients who sought her professional opinion on land contamination, marine water testing, food contamination, building defects, forensic investigation on materials etc.

Elizabeth has resigned as the Director of STATS. She remained as an Associate to STATS as an Environmental Consultant for Singapore Market.

Sukumar has over 30 years experience in conducting geotechnical and geophysical investigations covering Ground Penetrating Radar, Seismic, CSWS and Electrical Resistivity surveys. He has been also involved in Geotechnical in-situ testing of PBT, LWDT, DCP, PSP, In-situ CBR and interpretation. This experience has given him an excellent ability to analyse the geotechnical test data and to formulate and presents to facilitate interpretation. He has been worked with both public and private sector organisations and has had exposures to varied working environments in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippine and Sudan. He has an excellent communication skill and is able to communicate at all levels in the work force.
